AI scores are advisory only. They do not constitute employment decisions, recommendations, or guarantees of worker suitability. Employers are solely responsible for all hiring decisions.

AI screening is not a substitute for interviews, reference checks, or proper due diligence. The score reflects algorithmic matching — it does not assess character, work ethic, or interpersonal skills.
