Dispute Resolution Process

QuickHire AU provides a structured process for resolving disputes between employers and workers.

Step-by-step process

1
Contact the other party directly
Use QuickHire AU's in-platform messaging to contact the employer or worker directly. Many disputes are resolved at this stage with a simple conversation. Allow at least 48 hours for a response.
2
Submit a formal dispute to QuickHire AU
If direct contact doesn't resolve the issue within 48 hours, email support@quick-hire.com.au with:
  • Your account email address
  • The Job Post ID (found in the URL of the job post)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information
3
QuickHire AU reviews and responds
QuickHire AU will acknowledge your dispute within 1 business day and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. We may request additional information from either party. Our goal is to reach a fair outcome based on the platform's Terms of Service and applicable Australian law.
4
Escalation to external bodies
If QuickHire AU's resolution is not acceptable to either party, you may escalate to an appropriate external body:

Important — QuickHire AU is a marketplace, not an employer

QuickHire AU facilitates connections between employers and workers. We are not the employer of any worker placed through the platform. Employment disputes between employers and workers are governed by the Fair Work Act 2009 and the applicable Modern Award — not by QuickHire AU's platform terms.
