We collect: Profile information (name, email, phone, skills, certifications, photo); Usage data (pages visited, searches, application activity); Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers); Device and browser information.
2. Business Registration Data
For employer accounts, we collect ABN and verify it against the Australian Business Register (ABR). Business name, entity type and GST status from the ABR are stored and displayed publicly on job listings. This is publicly available government information.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: Operate the marketplace and match workers with shifts; Process payments; Verify certifications and identity; Improve our AI screening algorithms; Send notifications about applications, shifts, and platform updates; Generate analytics for employers.
4. Third Parties
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing); Resend (email delivery); Base44 (platform infrastructure); AI providers (for screening — anonymised where possible); Australian Business Register (ABN verification). We never sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained while account is active. Closed accounts: data deleted within 90 days, except where required by law (e.g., financial records retained for 7 years per ATO requirements). Certifications: retained for the validity period plus 12 months.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us improve the platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
