About this shift

Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (with unpaid break 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM). Sushi Choi is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Cook to join our friendly team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking hot food, assisting with food preparation, maintaining food quality and presentation, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and working efficiently during busy service. Staff lunch is provided. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a Japanese restaurant (preferred), a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
