Community Support Worker

Schedule: Available Wednesday to Saturday. This isn't your typical support worker role. Our days are spent out in the community exploring, going on adventures, trying new activities, attending events, and helping our participants build confidence, independence and friendships along the way. We are seeking someone who loves getting involved, has energy, and believes the best support happens when you are having fun with participants. Experience supporting people with both mental health and complex physical support needs is required. We offer long shifts of at least 6 hours, a casual rotating roster, and extra hours for respite house stays or special event outings. This role involves minimal to no use of your own car and provides a supportive team environment.
