Support Worker

Better Quality Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced female support worker to assist two male participants in Sydney. We are looking for a female candidate aged late 20s or older to ensure a great participant match and build a long-term support relationship. The role involves supporting participants with psychosocial and intellectual disabilities. There is a minimum of 10-15+ hours of ongoing work per week.
