Kitchen Staff

We are an authentic small hotpot restaurant located in Sydney CBD, with steady business and high customer flow! Due to business expansion, we are looking for experienced kitchen team members to join us! Position: Kitchen Staff (Prep / Kitchen Hand / Hotpot Cooker). Requirements: Minimum of years of formal kitchen experience (hotpot or Asian cuisine experience preferred). Proficient in knife skills, able to handle vegetables, meat, and other ingredients efficiently and cleanly. Hardworking, quick learner, and a great team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and accept shift rotations. 5-6 days work a week. Language mandarin and English prefer.
