7. Credential Verification Policy
QuickHire AU uses a three-tier credential verification system: (a) Automatically Verified (✅ Verified): Credentials confirmed in real-time by QuickHire AU via a live government database. Currently applies only to employer ABN numbers verified against the Australian Business Register (ABR). (b) Admin Checked (🔵 Admin checked): Credentials reviewed by a QuickHire AU team member after manual verification. Currently applies to NDIS Worker Screening Clearances checked against state government portals. (c) Self-Declared (📋 Self-declared): Credentials entered by workers and displayed without independent verification by QuickHire AU. This applies to RSA certificates, White Cards, First Aid certificates, Police Checks, AHPRA registration numbers, professional indemnity insurance, pharmacy certifications, and all other credentials not covered by (a) or (b). Employer responsibilities: Employers must independently verify all credentials before engaging workers, regardless of verification status shown. The platform facilitates connections — it is not a licensing or regulatory authority. Worker responsibilities: Workers providing false or misleading credential information breach these Terms. QuickHire AU may suspend accounts and report false declarations to relevant authorities including AHPRA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and state licensing bodies. Healthcare: AHPRA registration numbers are self-declared. Employers must verify current registration at ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Registers-of-Practitioners before engaging any AHPRA-registered practitioner.
